Practice Times:

• August 
  • MTWF: 5:00 - 6:30 / Sat 8:00 - 10:00 / Sun 11:00 - 12:15 pm
• September & October:
  • Mon - Fri:  5:30 - 7:00 / Sat 8:00 - 10:00 / Sun 11:00 - 12:15 pm

Requirements: 

• Can swim a minimum of 100 yards without resting.  
• Able to perform all four strokes legally (Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly)
• Able to dive from diving block

Attire and Gear Needed

• Fitted swim suit (one piece for females)
• Goggles (available for sale on deck)
• Cap (included in Catholic League Fees)
• Sandals / Flip Flops
• Towel
• Water
• Kick board
• Fins
• Snorkle
• Athletes should come prepared for dryland, closed toe athletic shoes are required.

Optional:

• Yoga Mat
• Paddles 
• Bouy
