PHOTO / VIDEO CONSENT
TC FALCON WARRIORS, LLC may wish to take photographs/videos (individual and in groups) of swimmers as a training tool or for marketing/promotional purposes. Guardian Consent is necessary for photography and videography to be used for any swimmer under the age of 18. By consenting, you are allowing TC Falcon Warriors, LLC to use Video/Photography in the following ways:
- Training Purposes
- Marketing Purposes on the falconswim.com
- Marketing Purposes on social media
- Marketing purposes on printed material
