Summer League : Eagles (Summer League)

The Eagles Summer League offers an opportunity to introduce High School Age children to competitive swim on a limited basis.

Dryland fitness
Swim Training
3 Summer Block Party Swim Meets.

Eagles must register with USA Swimming as Flex or Outreach Members and should plan to attend our home Block Party Meets, but do not attend Pacific Committee Meets. USA Swimming Registration information will be provided after Falcon registration.

Requirements:

Ability to swim front crawl and back stroke 25 yards. If you are not able to do this, please enroll in Learn to Swim or Private Lessons with us.
*Swim Attire and Gear Requirements: Fitted Swim Suit (one piece for females), Swim Cap for Hair below ears, Goggles, Kickboard, Fins, Snorkle
Required Dryland Attire: Sneakers, Shorts or warmups, t-shirt
Also Bring: At least one towel, Water, Slippers/Flip Flop

Red Jay (Summer League)

10 - 13 years old
3 times per week

Dolphins - Ocean Swim

11 - 99 years old

Summer League : Dolphins - Ocean Swim

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT SWIM LESSONS OR JOINING OUR CLUB TEAM.

Due to current ocean conditions, the 2025 Open Water is TBD. Please check back soon for updates.

2024 Season: We offer 1 - 2 ocean swims per week at our beautiful California beaches. We also offer competition participation. Athletes 18+ must complete USA Swimming's Athlete Protection Training before participating.

ALL EVENTS REQUIRE WRITTEN INTENTION TO ATTEND.
