Masters Swim (Ages 18 and Over)

Wise Owls are

• individuals 18 and over
• able to traverse 25 yards freestyle and backstroke. 
• interested in further developing swim strokes and building endurance.

We welcome tri-athletes who are looking to improve their cardio and stroke efficiency.

PLEASE NOTE:   During August we go to a reduced schedule eliminating morning and Thursday practices.  In September we will return to our fuller schedule offering 7 - 10 practices a week.
